I understand that the Lawyer Referral Service of the Westmoreland Bar Association will provide me with the name and telephone number of one attorney practicing in the particular field that I request for a $30.00 referral fee and that that fee will entitle me to up to 30 minutes of consultation with the attorney. A “No Fee” Referral will waive the $30 charge. I understand that any time above and beyond the initial consultation is then between the attorney and myself and I may be charged at the attorney's normal rates. I understand that there is no obligation on my part to hire the attorney, nor on the attorney's part to accept my case. By using this site, I agree that the referral is being obtained for myself, my minor child or someone for whom I currently hold a Power of Attorney or Guardianship. I further agree that the name of the individual entered in the client information field is the name of the actual client for whom the referral is being obtained. I also understand that if anyone other than the client listed attempts to contact the attorney referred, the attorney is free to refuse to speak with them or to charge them a separate referral fee.
